Manages delivery of the program scope, objectives, and success metrics
Oversees timeline, quality, and operations.
Understands overall scope and deliverables map against release timeline.
Works with the Solution and Enterprise architects to ensure the program team adheres to overall solution design across tracks.
Responsible for ensuring coordination of work efforts at program level, understands and manages critical path key dependencies.
Works with Track Leads and Program Managers to understand status of work efforts and impact to the program to move delivery forward.
Drives resolution of risks, issues, and decisions, and escalates to governance forums as necessary.
Oversees resource requirements identification to execute program plans.
Establishes approach, tools, and templates to support program execution.
Provides status, guidance, and impediment review to sponsors, stakeholders & Executive Team and manages Executive expectations related to the program.
Supports Release planning, Annual Operational Planning, Investment Prioritization
Facilitates SteerCo, OpCo, PMO, Cross Functional Team, Program Scrum of Scrums meetings to communicate and address risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, and milestones delivery for the program.
Primary Skills
Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
At least 7 Years of as a Project/program Manager and 2-3 Years of ScM Master experience
Created project plans which include scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk, and issue management.
Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments.
Skilled in SharePoint and JIRA
Advanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint and other tools
Secondary Skills
PMP Certification with 1-2 years of working experience as Business Analyst or Developer
